zombies ate my neighbors is possibly one of the hardest games ever. i finally beat it with my best friend after a junkfood fueled weekend back in the 90s. but god... luckily it was fun as hell
shadows of the empire on the hardest difficulty it was a fucking pain in the ass... again a fun game

My uncle was the Atari kid. He was into ET, but much more into Raiders of the Lost Ark. It was great how both games had 8-bit versions of the movie themes.

yeah zombies ate my neighbors was hard a hell, made it to the last level but couldn't finish it.

Yeah, I'm with you. I was jazzed on that game for months. It was hard as hell and got to be frustrating, but I loved it.
Bahaha, funny side note: When I was 11 or 12, me and my friend Jay would ride our bikes around the neighborhood on fake secret missions, what we would call "playing Golgo 13". Funny shit. Like the video game wasn't enough, we had to pretend we were secret agents. Pretty cool, I guess.
