Drink. Seriously, just show up for work drunk. People who work night shift are hard to come by, so employers will put up with a lot from night shift guys.
I used to work the night shift at a hotel and I never wore my uniform, drank at work, banged women who were staying at the hotel, stole money where I could, and got my postcount up.
