Sue came to my highschool to talk to us kids about safe sex and shit. During the Q&A we had the typical meathead ask her what he should do if a regular condom won't fit him. So she opens a standard trojan and put her entire arm into it, looks at the kid and says "You think this won't fit you son? I highly doubt that."
