You gotta admit though, that opening scene was rough. All that fisting and gheyness going on was almost too much for me. The guy getting his face bashed off was a bit much.

Depends on your definition of "sick." For disturbing films that have you thinking about 'em long after watching them, then Cannibal Holocaust is great. Nothing especially gory, just a whole lot of rape, animal mutilations, a forced abortion, a dick chop scene, a woman being impaled with a stick thru her va-jay-jay and out her mouth, etc. But not really disgusting stuff. CH is a surprisingly good film despite all the negative stuff about it.

For "sick" as in gory shit....the Guinea Pig series is crazy. They are NOT good films...just some sick shit to watch. Dead Alive is crazy gory but in a fun and funny sorta way. Check that one out if you haven't seen it.
