Neck tattoos are cool as long as you don't get the neck sock. A small piece on either side and one in the front looks okay, but a neck sleeve really doesn't work.
Seems like the main reason people are into tattoos with meaning so much these days is because of Miami Ink. Every tattoo on that show has a story. Give me a break. Many of my friends are long time heavily tattooed people with very few meaningful tattoos. Most of them are just bloody cool looking.
