Looking to get a PS3 and HDTV
and I want advice. I'm looking to pay at the most 350-400 dollars for the tv. It does not need to be big because it is going in a college dorm room for the next 4 years. I'm just looking for something that is a good value and reliable. On the PS3, I'm mainly looking to get it so I can play ****l Gear Solid 3 and 4. Is it worth paying 500+ just to do that, plus have a blu ray player?

I can't help you on the HDTV but I can tell you that the PS3 bundle with ****l Gear Solid4 is worth the money. Plus they have a feature in the Playstation market place where you are able to rent movies in HD by downloading it to you're PS3. Plus it's a computer, dvd player, blu-ray player, game system, stereo, photot album all rolled into one.

An HDTV for 350 to 400 is probably going to be a no name brand and I am not sure how good those are. About the ps3 I think it's worth it just for the blu ray player

i will vouch for the vizio, my friend got one that is huge and the images are amazing plus he paid a dirtcheap price for it.
And yes Its worth it, mgs is crazy online and SOCOM will be out soon, IM HYPE. |
