What hotel should I stay at? I want to be near the nightlife and preferably not near kids. I'm going there for my bachelor party.

I stayed there back in 2004, I don't remember what the Hotel that I was at... I just remember that Daddy O's, Bulldog Cafe and The City are the best places to go...

I'm sure it was a dump. It was one of those college spring break packages where they cram 6 people per room.

I went there a few years ago i stayed at the Westin Resort Cancun it was a real nice place you can look into it i think its pretty highly rated but a few words of advice:
A) Kids are going to be everywhere in mexico pretty much its just the nature of the beast so if you want to avoid them i would recommend not going to a place where you drink at 18 but if you want to go anyways.....
B) Get there at an off peak time of day holy hell i cant emphasize this enough. When i went i was in the custom line for at LEAST 3 hours it went up the stairs and into the terminal. I thought once i hit the bottom of the stairs i would be fine OOOOOO NO. The downstairs had looked like a human being warehouse there were people EVERYWHERE

Thanks for the info. As far as kids go I'm worried about the 16 and under crowd that are there with mom and dad. I'm definitely hoping for plenty of 18-25 yo ladies It is a bachelor party after all.

a word of advice: once the clubs get out (late) there are tons of dude rollng around on mopeds with pizza boxes on the back. its like 5 bucks for a "pizza hut" pizza. under no circumstances do u purchase and eat that pizza!
