Haha, not quite. What I was saying was the goatse pic itself originated from a newsgroup as an anal stretching fetish pic set. Dude had pics of him sticking bottles and traffic cones up his ass. As far as who picked it up and turned one of the pics into goatse.cx (pronounced "Goat sex" not "Goat see") I don't know. After that it was discovered by one of the SA type of sites and made widely popular as a prank.

About the dude with a pen shoved in his dick? No idea, probably again from one of the underground fetish groups.
