My one and only experience was when I was 18 and at club A in Tijuana. This broad from SDSU was dry humping me for hours on end. We damn near were boning through our clothes. Blue balls is a slang term for a temporary fluid congestion in the testicles and prostate region caused by prolonged sexual arousal. Heavy petting for hours with an erection but without orgasm and ejaculation is the usual cause.
