True that real + big + nice is a rare combination but so are fake ones....fake ones can be too hard....i've felt some that were like knees. And boob job scars are disgusting. And it's not just b/c the bitch went to a discount surgeon....it's pretty common to be prone to scarring. Plastic surgeon will do their best but they can't do miracles.

And the fact that they have to be "changed" every ten years or so only makes it worse. So if a chick gets fake mams at 20....then at 50 she will have changed them 3 times. That's probably a seriously fucked up Frankenboob you end up with...i'd rather a little sagging.
