Daughtry finished 6th place. Look where he's at now, doing much better than a lot of the actual winners. And did you see Fantasia's little freak dance show? Simon's expression as he watched it was priceless, it matched mine completely. Though her backup singers/dancers had some of the most gorgeous asses I've ever seen. Just massive booties, omg.

Archuleta is pretty untouchable as far as Ballads go ... Im guessing the winning song will be a ballad so im saying that leave Archuleta fave in my book.
Some losers have made a great career from American Idol like Daughtry and Elliott Yamin....

As far as marketability after the show, I don't see David A. outdoing David Cook. Nobody wants to listen to that slow ballad crap. Unless he plans on being a raspier sounding Michael Boob-blay

yeah exactly. and since he and cook will have to sing the same song, thats a win for archuletta, he isn't like sonjaya, or someone else that sucks he is really good __________________

Don't the producers pick the song they must sing? This season they're pulling for Cook, so I'm assuming it will cater to his style.
