I was watching a couple shows tonight on Discovery I believe on westerners traveling into the remote jungles to live with the indigenous tribes of the area. Quite interesting really.

Its "Living with the Mec" only with a different tribe this particular season. Another show, but seperate to the one mentioned above came on after wards with camera crews following a nomadic tribe in the Amazon.

All quite interesting really, but I cant help but think they are doing these people a disservice by broadcasting their time spent with these tribes.

Amazing to see people still living in a primitive way of life in todays world. I hope they can continue their way of life, but it seems western civilization is already encroaching on some of the tribes.

Theres a guy called Bruce parry who has a show called tribe where he stays with various tribes for a few weeks at a time. Its pretty good
