Al Pacino vs Robert De Niro

Who wins?

vs

In acting skills and pure badassery?

In acting skills I give it to Bobby D. He's a much more versatile actor while Pacino almost always plays a hot-tempered cop/government agent or gangster. De Niro outshined him in both The Godfather part II and Heat.

In badassery I give it to Pacino for the pure insanity that was Tony Montana. Although I think the movie's overrated you can't deny the character was fucking crazy.

In no way did Pacino get outshone in Heat.

De Niro. Taxi Driver, Deer Hunter, God Father, Cape Fear, Goodfellas, etc.

"You talking to me? You talking to me?" I can't even recall one Pacino line from a movie.

If you are referring to Scarface (the Pacino version) as one of the best gangster movies you should be shot.
