did u work on the pistons staff? what do u mean no one worked with him? I'm sure plenty of people have worked with him and he just sucks.
The pistons used to put him in during blowouts and if he scored the bench would go crazy, like he was a retard kid on the team, where every point he scored was a huge accomplishment.

He was one of the worst players I have ever seen, and is not in the NBA any longer. Not for reasons like Big Country, but because he was so horrible they released him. Didn't even bother to send him to the NBDL.

He now plays in Russia and is still not good.

Big Country was not a bad player, but injuries really hurt him. He was a god compared to Rafeal.
Yea that was one of the all time great draft screw ups. Thank god that GM is gone now.

But one of my worst picks is Darko Milic....what were the Pistons thinking when they drafted him?

I don't think the grizz would be there anyways. The NBA just did not look after them at all. They were so concentrated on Toronto that Vancouver was more of an after thought.

Agreed. If its in the cards for a franchise to switch cities, they will find a way to make that move, regardless of the circumstances. Look at the current Supersonics situation. Is there anything that Seattle did wrong? No...but the Sonics are still leaving.

I fail to believe that Reeves singlehandedly caused the Grizzles to move...although lack of fan interest was a big portion.

Len Bias. Great college player and 2 overall pick in 1986. Died less than 48 hours after being drafted by overdosing on coke.

Kwame in the other hand has never impressed and should've went to college.
Why, he could have never been picked higher than #1.

1989 Pervis Ellison picked #1, Shawn Kemp, Tim hardaway, Glenn Rice...all followed.

But I do think Kwame Brown is the worst ever...look at the rest of the first round...

10 Celtics Joe Johnson
11 Celtics Kedrick Brown
12 SuperSonics Vladimir Radmanovic

I don't think Darko was a bad pick..

Detroit needed a big center.. Keep in mind that Detroit plays responsible B Ball, they don't need big time all star ego players like mellow was gong to be projected to be..Darko fit a need.. But didn't produce because he wasn't given the opportunity.

Every team in the NBA would have picked Darko at the time, and many teams have said. he was the consensus #2.
