Yes, he would fit in well, but his asking price is rediculous (40 million pounds) and for Wenger to pursue a player for that amount of money would be very uncharacteristic. If you believe what the internet says, than it's actually Tottenham who would outbid Arsenal, not the other way around.

That'd be a welcome change from Hleb who never fucking shoots! For such a great player, he can frustrating to watch at times.

Apparently going to Barca is a dream move for him...Whether or not they are interested is another story

The whole deal with Lampard is kinda interesting and i suspect that if he doesn't sign a new contract in the summer, than chances of him leaving are greater. The reason is because his contract is up in June next year which means he can leave on a free - The same way Flamini left Arsenal. Also, because there's so little time left on his contract, if he leaves in the summer than he wouldn't cost a great deal either.

Deco's been given the all clear by Barca to talk to other clubs and with rumors of Lampard going to Barcelona, it'll be interesting to see how this one turns out. I highly doubt Benzema will go to MU.

Surely Chelski aren't interested in Deco, the guy is always injured!
Also I noticed in another thread that you claim to be an Ultra. Who do you support and where are you from?

If Lampard leaves, Chelski already have Essien and Ballack in the centre with Makelele as backup. Now that they've bought a new right back, Essien doesn't need to play there.
It's not a bad central midfield pairing....

I live in Stockholm and support AIK. You might remember AIK from when we faced Arsenal in CL. It was quite a stir. I couldn't go, as I was only 12 years old. I remember when we took the lead against Barcelona though, that was magical.

Out of the players you mentioned, Ballack is the only one that can really take over the Lampard role in the team. Essien and Makelele play much differently than Lampard does and IMO Ballack has outplayed Lampard since he came back from injury. You also forgot to mention John Obi Mikel

Mentioning John Obi Mikel without including crazy in the same sentence should be a crime.

On April 25th, news went out that Real Madrid are willing to pay £39m + Diarra for Ibra, so I question your statement that noone rates him outside of Italy and Sweden.
Chelsea have also been looking closely at Zlatan for a long period of time and recent news say that they are considering him as one of the top contenders to replace Drogba, who's future is uncertain.
It's no secret that Zlatan is huge in Italy but that in England not that many "regular people" know who he is. If you ask the managers and the players of the top clubs though, they are sure to know who he is. I'm not saying that I'm not biased in my rating of him, but you saying that no top club in england would want him and that he is shit is just absurd.

If he goes to Chelsea he will be thoroughly exposed, completely over-rated player. He'll be something like Schevchenko part II.
