They are the worst run team in the league. The overpaying of Tommy Kelly and Javon Walker were strange signings. JaMarcus Russell, Gallery, Huff, and McFadden haven't lived up to the expectations of top 10 picks. It is too early to judge Heywood-Bey, but the results haven't been good so far. Until Al Davis stops running the team they will have the same crappy results.

I am a Raiders fan and the last few seasons have been bullshit. It has to come back to the coaching/owner and fuck j-mac, i've seen him miss a lot of open receivers when he isn't pressured at all. They over pay players/shitty players. I like mcfadden though and the signing of seymour.
