Haha, HeHateMe. I forgot about that. I think his name was Rod Smart or something like that. He actually caught on with an NFL team for a minute after that and returned a kick for a TD in a game.

The only rule that I remember from the league was no fair catch on a punt. I actually liked that and would love to see the NFL adopt it.
