I hate fan voting more then anyone, even as a red sox fan. I understand being pissed that Varitek is on the team because he definately shouldn't be.
And to be honest, Kinsler does have better numbers then Pedroia. But they're both having great years, so i don't think it's right to say Kinsler was "robbed." If he had started i would have totally understood and been on board with that, but i don't think it's horrible that Pedroia got the start.
And as far as Youk and Morneau, I honestly would give the nod to Youk. His average is a little lower, but he has 1 more homerun and his defense has been almost perfect. He has been asked to hit in almost every spot in that lineup and continued to perform in the absence of ortiz, and Manny's slump. He has also played 3rd base along with 1st, and has performed great at both corners. I like Morneau, but i think i would go with Youk on that one.
But again, to agree on something, Fan Voting sucks.
