***Official MLB offseason 09-10 discussion***
well baseball season is over unfortunately but that doesnt mean we have to stop talking about baseball! i thought id get this thread going early, although the offseason just officially started, its been the offseason for a few weeks now for most other teams. all talk of offseason trades, hirings, rumours etc. belong in this thread. and what moves would you like to see your teams make?
and of coarse.. i cant make a baseball thread without giving props to the 2009 world series champion NEW YORK YANKEES!!!!!!

My MLB knowledge doesn't reach much further than the highlights, but what do you guys think of the Jays going into next year, and our chances of hanging onto Doc?

well im not sure about their chances next year, we will have to wait and see what kind of moves they make this offseason. but i think their chances of holdin on to doc are slim. hes made it clear that hes not happy with the jays and wanted to leave already lol the jays shouldve traded him and got somethin out of him before the trade deadline this year being that they had a bunch of good offers they were just too greedy with him and now theyre prob gonna lose him anyways lol
and about the sig, i will always have love for sergei whether hes with the wings or not. he was my idol when i was playin hockey growing up lol

The Jays will get a few good Dodger minor leaguers for Halladay this spring  ....Also hard for the Jays to compete with the two payrolls in that division.
All the Dodgers were missing is the one ACE. Lets see C. Lee out pitch Halladay twice in a series instead of Kuroda. Great fielding, Best bullpen, decent hitting. Just need the ACE to go with Kershaw and Billingsly next year.
