Fisher and Farmar are not going to have fun defending Chris Paul in the WCF

Honestly I don't even want to begin trying to make predictions this playoffs. In my bracket I have lakers vs Boston in one, and Jazz vs Boston in the other. If Jazz get past lakers, I think they take New Orleans rather easily...

I agree with you there. The Jazz has shown time and time again that they have what it takes to beat the Hornets. For both the Jazz and the Hornets, their PG's make them go and D-Will is the only PG who has actually matched the play of Paul when they've played and these two young guards will determine who will win the series at the end. Here's their head to head stats in the four games (Jazz won 3 of the 4 games) and the player with the edge is in bold:

4 games.....................Chris Paul.......................Deron Williams
Pt/game.......................12.25........ ......................16.75
Assist/game..................9.25.............. .................11
Steals/game.................2.75.................................1
FGM/%........................15/49 or 30.6%.................27/47 or 57.4%
FTM/FT%.....................18/22 or 81.8%..............8/12 or 66.7%
3PTM/%.......................1/8 or 12.5%....................5/9 or 55.5%

So in their head to head match ups, Paul has "struggled" against the bigger Williams so if this happens to be the conference finals, the Jazz should take it. But it looks like the Jazz are struggling big time against the Lakers...and if the Lakers beat the Jazz, I'm not quite sure they can beat the Hornets due to their PG play unless Kobe takes the job of covering Paul.

* Wonders what the fuck he just witnessed in that Cavaliers game *

I dont think LeBron did ANYTHING right tonight beside holding pierce to 4 points...we probably just witnessed his most horrific game he'll ever have in his career. Pathetic.

Boston played horrible...so did LeBron missing the game tying lay-up. It's gonna be funny tomorrow listening to Skip. This was probably one of the worst games LeBron has played the whole year. LeBron was only 1 assist and 1 rebound short of the legendary quadruple-double...too bad the other 10 is in TOs.

Pierce played like crap as did Allen...luckily they have KG and Rondo who covered their asses. Both teams played like crap and that was the worst playoff game this year...especially for a close game.

LBJ needs to step up in this series and I think that he will be able to bounce back and redeem himself like he usually has. I see this going 6 or 7 and I believe the Cavs actually have a shot but if I had to put money on this, Boston will still be my pick.

Agreed. Skip is a douche bag, I don't understand how he stays on the air. LeBron could have a quad double, hit the game winning shot 5 on 1 and Skip will still criticize him. Regardless, I see a bounce back as well Thursday and it looks like it's going to be a nice series.
