Nah, just woke up to this. I have nothing to say but that I am proud of my team. We sucked for a grand total of one year and made it to the ECF. This team is going to be something mighty fierce next year.

Oesh, I am ready for my av and sig, I doubt we will come back from 6-0

I'm almost certain he broke his hand against Derian Hatcher when he went to punch Hatcher on the ground and missed and hit the ice. He still played the rest of the playoffs and he played well. Fact of the matter is, these guys in the post season HAVE to play injured, it's as simple as that and don't tell me Crosby is some special player who's more important to his team than Jarome Iginla.

I guess he could break a hand during a fight. But he could also take a puck to the face, a slash to the neck, etc. etc. Hockey's a sport where you run the risk of injury just stepping on the ice. Might as well just keep him on the bench because you never know, he could trip and injure his ankle again.
btw, this is possibly the dumbest thing I've ever read. Fighting sure is more important than winning a cup

I like how Crosby barely looked at that eastern conference trophy, and didn't even touch it. They're keeping their focus on the Cup.

Yep, good job selectively skipping the other two posts I had after that where I admitted that I didn't voice myself well. You're right, that's exactly what I was trying to say all along, that fighting is more important than winning the Stanley Cup, for sure. I want Sid to go out and get into a bar fight tonight and hopefully break both hands and perhaps a couple of ribs because that is of course more important than winning the ultimate prize in professional hockey. God forbid I ever suggest that Sidney Crosby might just be capable enough to stand up for himself when most non pens fans think he's a pussy. Please, continue to get uber butt hurt whenever you think anyone is saying anything even remotely negative about the Pens or Sidney Crosby. I never claimed to know it all about hockey but again, thank you for putting words in my mouth and telling me how it is. I'll be sure to include some blatant Penguin nuthuggery whenever I can.
