When I think of this thread I think of players like Penny who were once gods then got hurt and their careers went completely down hill to the point where nobody even talked about them during the final years of their career.

Vince Carter might end up being like that. Grant Hill basically is.

When I think of this thread I think of players like Penny who were once gods then got hurt and their careers went completely down hill to the point where nobody even talked about them during the final years of their career.

I was thinking Grant Hill. 10 years ago he was on 2 out of every 3 commercials. He's still in the league and you never hear anything about him. Strange things happen when injuries come into play.
