Lol, the man is 7ft tall, you can't expect him to wear a 2 or 3 button coat.

Isn't that why the put the dress code in? Because a lot of players were going to official functions dressed like they just came out of da hood?

Not everyone in "da hood" can afford 50-100k bracelets, 100-200k chains & 25k earrings to match.

No, they put in the dress code because they are a bunch of Nazi control freaks

If I was a player I'd make a deal with Nike and wear Nike apparel, when I got fined they would pay it and it would create a big controversy and would be HUGE press for Nike

they face suspensions not fines. If it was just fines then sponsors would do what Adidas did for Reggie Bush's cleats and just pay the fines.

Fines and then Suspensions..

It would be worth doing if you were either a big time player or a small time player, big time player would get more $$ and leniency while a small time player would have a chance to make money.

Imagine how much press Nike would get if a player was fined 3 times for wearing a Nike T-Shirt and then suspended.

Huge press in every newspaper, sports show, late night talk shows etc..
