MLS All Star Game

Who watched the All Star Game last night? I thought it was a exciting game and was fun to watch. MLS is now 4-0 against opponets which is a good sign. I know it's the best of our league against a single team from overseas, but it does show some legitimacy to the league. They have now beaten Chelsea, Celtic FC, and West Ham United.

I know we are not near the talent level as other leagues like Serie A (hell or B) or Premiership, but I just like to see improvement in the most underrated sport in America.

The teams from overseas don't take it that seriously. A focused Milan, Manchester or Real would smash the MLS all star.
Blanco played an awesome game though. And Beckham played well.
Anyone caught the reporter scared to shit of the hawk?

I thought it was a good game. Soccer is under-rated and worth watching, but it is still more fun to go out and play so the league will struggle imo. They don't know how to market the sport.

They do it by bringing in the most famous footballer in the world

I thought the MLS all stars played very well. Dominated actually, even though the score was close. The player that impressed me the most was the guy in the middle with dreads for the All stars. (Don't remember his name) Very steady, solid player.

That helps, but there are plenty of things they could do to raise the profile of their sport.

I didn't get to see this game the other night. How was the game played? Were guys trying to show off with tricks and one-on-one moves since it was an exhibition or was it played straight like a "normal" game?
