the knicks need more than a coach. We've had don nelson, herb williams, lenny wilkins, larry brown, isiah thomas and chaney. straight doodoo. I just want the glory days back. we never won a title during that time, but it was damn fun

I like the TJ ford rumors, anything to get Crawford out of here. Hopefully we get Gallinari in the draft, I've watched his Euro games, he is so fucking nasty. As long as he doesn't fall in love with the outside shot which isn't his strongpoint, he can dominate the mid-range and driving game.

The Bulls were used as a ploy for D'Antoni to get more money from the Knicks. The Bulls never even got the opportunity to match NY's offer.

NY was his first choice, not the Chicago. Paxson and the Bulls were played like fools. It looks the the old fashioned Bulls/Knicks rivalry is back on. Just not on the court

He is going to be losing for awhile so he should get use to it. He should have signed with the Bulls they have better talent the Knicks are just horrible. At least he is in the Eastern Conference now so it won't be that hard to make the playoffs.

maybe walsh hired d'antoni for the purpose of luring big names like wade, bosh and LBJ in the upcoming blockbuster free agency in 2010...? mike d system + new york bigmarket+big time player can generate lost of $, attract other great players and generally bring back basketball in new york city.
