Anyone following it?

Since it is in Canada this time and they hadn't the time/didn't want to rebuild the rink to the international standard, the championship is played on NHL sized rinks with international rules, which should suit the US and Canada, cause they don't need spend time adopting to the new rink size. Canada seems to rip everyone infront of them, Russia vs Canada seems to be the likely final.

I try to follow it, but with the games being held in Halifax, they're usually on when I'm at work.

i usually hate that tourny, stupid refs, stupid rules, shitty teams (italy and france ?).

i'm sorry for the rest of the planet, but you guys don't even know what hockey is.

Canada is the class of the tournamant but as Canadians were all scared to say it outloud fearing we may be considered arrogant.

But right now were undefeated. We lead the tourny in goals for, and lead the tourny in goals against.

Canada is the class of this tournamant and will easily win gold. Even the Russians don't look great this year.

And deservedly so. That was a great final and testament to what Russia can do when they have most of their best players on the team.

Sweden also was impressive in that they were without a number of their most prominent players but still put the top two teams to the test.
