I also find it comical that a high profile US Senator Alern Specter wants to use large amounts of government resources, US tax dollars and divert well needed attention from many modern crisis's in order to appease his voting base (eagle,steeler fans) and his $$$ financial contributor (comcast). All on hard working americans dime. That really gets to me. We are paying this guy to bully a private sports league?

It does however put it in perspective, making it a huge deal is ridiculous when you can have countless coaches watch it in person, you can tape it from the luxury boxes and coaching boxes...

lol at meaningless.... p.s. - plenty of big time players get picked at the end of the 1st and the 2nd and 3rd... just because it's not their top 10 pick, doesn't mean it's a meaningless pick.
