is it true that turkey only have 13 players fit? I was under the assumption that if you get a legit injury "approved" by a doc you could get a replacement?

I think you can only call in replacements during the first week of the tournament. I also heard the 13 player story. This is more of an advantage for the Turks, at least in this game, as they will run till they drop. Of course, if they drop within 90 minutes, it could be a disadvantage.

most of them are out due to yellow cards, not cause they are injuried

and there is ALOT of them who are unable to play due to yellow cards
