More like, he's exposed in bigger matches. It's pretty easy to skip past the likes of Titus Bramble and james Mceveley but against guys like Terry and Carragher, it isn't so easy.

I think its unfair to say that Ronaldo who at this time is the best player in the world bottles it in the big games.People forget he is only 23y/o and his performances are more scintillating than Zidanes,Ronaldinho etc were at this young age. Players generally peak around 27/28 and if that is the case its frightening. I cant stand the greasy fucker but i cant deny his unbelievable talent.
Kudos to Fernando Torres too who's debut season in the premiership was excellant! Far better than Drogba's,Henry and Berbatovs. If i was Rafa i would tie this kid up on a long contract because potentially he could become the best striker on the planet.

Bramble was excellent for us (Ipswich) when we were promoted to the premiership in the new millenium.I believe at that point in time he was far better than John Terry and i expected him to be a England regular! Look at him now though, turns like a fuckin HGV and makes a crucial mistake virtually every game! Useless **** lol

Their group has Austria and Poland in it. I think he'll be fine.

Also, anyone who plans on putting any money on Portugal for the euro's might be adviced to think twice. They've got all the stars but only managed to beat Belguim, Armenia and Kazakhstan in the qualifiers. Their not doing very well under scolari at all at the moment.

You're crazy.
About Spain I will say this: if they finally win, expect them to repeat at the World Cup in two years. A country like that will win sooner or later, and when they do they will continue winning for good measure. Same thing with France, they were losers traditionally until they won in '98. Then they wo'n Euro 2000, and hey presto they're not losers anymore.
My own country Sweden feels weak this time. Still, we'll rape the Greeks in the opener. They'll probably like it, too.

Germany, Spain, or Italy. Although I'd bet on Germany to do it. Plus Klose for Top Goalscorer
