I don't believe any of the hispanic players are the age they have reported, and I don't blame them a bit. These scouts go down there looking for 16-17 year olds and a superstar player is supposed to admit he is 19 knowing they will pass no matter how good he is? Fuck that, they are living in shacks and the guy has a chance to go play pro for a living. Even if he never makes the bigs, he is still going to make 30-40k in the minors and that might as well be 10 million where he comes from.
