Do you have any tennis strategies?

When you play tennis, do you have any particular strategies during a rally?

What seems effective and I do quite often is if you serve and he returns the ball shallow, i run up and give him a drop shot. Then I run to the net. That gets them most of the time because the way to return a drop shot is with another drop shot. Then when he does that I volley it and put it away.

Very effective.

I play simple and force them to make the mistake. I like to stay at the baseline (im short but fast) until i get them on the stretch and then i like to come in and try to finish with the one shot

I play from the baseline and try to keep the ball as deep as possible. As soon as I have them moving, I pick my spot to try to hit the angle crosscourt for the winner.

I usually follow the shot to the net, as the return is weak and easy to read.

My only tennis strategy is to find Ana Ivanovich and make her love me.

I like to do slice drop shots and then try to slam it on them when they're up close. However I don't like to move much and rarely win. But when I do get a point, it feels damn good. Especially when they rush the net trying to get my slice shot, the kind where the ball hits the ground and doesn't bounce anywhere, it just stays right there.

and more pics of tennis chicks plz

are you kidding? that's the exact opposite of what you should do. when they give you something shallow, you have all the angles do rip something out of their reach.

My number 1 tip for most people in Tennis is composure. Tennis is a mental game and its all about keeping your composure and playing a game to your best ability. Alot of people lose to players worse than them because they lose their cool and throw away too many points with unforced errors.

Play the percentage shots and be consistent is a very key thing. Winning the big shots can be fun but not if that shot has a 25% chance to go in. Wear the other player down with consistent shots and put them on the defensive and they will be the ones with poor composure making the mistakes.

=D
