NBA players are too protected...I love basketball, but today's game is so touchy-feely...everyones friends with everyone else. Thats why I like Horry - he doesnt care about friends in the league. Hes here in the playoffs to do one thing and thats win the title. If that means playing a little dirty, so be it - I'd take him on my team any day of the week...
Exactly...now that's a hard, playoff foul or a flagrant at most. Like Charles Barkley says (and I agree with him), you have to make him respect you and your paint in the playoffs. In the playoffs, there are no easy points and there shouldn't be any easy points. These days, that'd be a flagrant and a suspension. Seriously, you can't even touch anyone. If touch someone and the refs don't see it, stupid NBA fans are like "Did you see that!!!!???? OMG he's so dirty. What a cheap foul!!!".

I didn't have any problem with Horry's pick last night. I can't believe people are even calling that a dirty play. I don't even think Turiaf's foul on Brewer was a bad foul and he definitely shouldn't have been thrown out of the game for it. The refs are too quick to give flagrants nowadays it's ridiculous.

man I love Kurt Ramis!! There is talk about the Suns Talking to him about the Head coaching Job.

Anyway, They are not dirty just physical(besides Bowen). And Im a Suns fan who has spent 6 years watching them wax our ass threw out the playoffs. This is all David Sterns fault

The play with West is getting way to much attention, it wasn't even a foul much less a dirty play.

The "hip check" against Nash was way overblown, it was clearly a foul but in slow motion you can clearly see Nash bump into him and then jump away for a great acting performance

Look at it in slow motion, he loses his balance and lands on his ass and then decides to fall on his back

But after last night undercutting West and last years plowing of Nash I think he is dirty too.

The Spurs are becoming dirtier as they age, trying to cover up for losing speed by taking people out. They are still the best team in the NBA but I'm hoping the Hornets take them out in game 7 in New Orleans. I am so tired of watching them in the finals.
You can complain, but they have the rings.
Horry has 7!! he's like the mandarin(from iron man) lol.

Dude, where have you been for the last several years???? Bowen has ben a filthy dirty player for years now and you're just realizing this? Horry is known to be dirty too, but I didn't see a big problem with the play on West. Today's NBA is so pussified.
