Da Wings are a juggernaut...

they will carry and kiss Lord Stanley's cup. Did anyone see the systematic domination of the Stars last night? No more need be said. Franzen is playing out of his mind right now. 2nd and 3rd lines are scoring.

Man I hate the wings, but they are looking great. I will never forget when the Devils swept the in 95 though. one of the best days of my life.

That was a heart breaker. I remember that as well.

I hope we do it. We need something around here. Things are so depressed. Go Wings!

Pistons are looking like they might drop out.

Wings are the team to beat. They dismantled Dallas in game one.

There are always teams that a fan likes to see lose. For me the Wings are near the top of my list for all sports.

The Wings have been crushing teams with superior quality hockey. It's not one guy, its not a goalie, its a team. I've watched a lot of playoff hockey this year, and trying to keep my obvious bias aside, they've been playing the best hockey by a large gap. If the Stars, Pitts/Philly want to take 4 games, they're gonna need a great goalie for every game and standout performances from their best players every game to win.

The scary thing, Detroit has a pretty young team. Guys like Fippula had 70pts in his only AHL season. Krownwall won AHL's best defencemen in his last year there, Hudler racked up more points than games in Europe, and had 49pts in 57games in Grand Rapids. Young, hungry devloping scorers, behind Z-Berg/Dats(The Best Defensive Fowards), with protype/coachable players like Drapes, Cleary, Maltby, and Holmstrom. Don't forget The world's best defensemen and a bunch of Norris trophies Chelios who pretty much stays on the PK.

Without out-standing games from opponents, and bad bounces, I see the first European Captain rasing the cup.

/fanboy rant.
