Mike Goff, offensive lineman for the S.D Chargers wrestled at my HS. My dad worked out with him when he was training for state.

Hey there Sam, I met you after your fight at MMA Eruption. Any chance you'll come to New England again?

I train dogs for Golden State K-9 Training, so we get some business from pro athletes every once in awhile.
The most notable are:

Sebastian Janikowski....kicker for the Raiders: He actually lived right around the corner from me. Been to his house several times. I have played pool with him, ping-pong, and he even joined my rec volleyball team in the off-season. He won't win any IQ contests, but he is an athlete through & through, and very fun to hang out with. I even met and hung out with his parents. Oh yeah, his dogs (German Shepherd) name is Gunner, and he spoils the shit out of him!

Jerry Stackhouse......plays for the Dallas Mavericks: I trained three of his dogs (Italian Mastiffs...Chance, Jasmine, & Zoe) then went out to Dallas to train him. Had dinner with him and all his brothers at his house. Went out clubbing and to a strip club with his brother Tony Stackhouse...who, coincindentally, played for the Sacramento Kings for about half a season awhile back. I still keep in touch with him to see how his dogs are doing.

Matt Stairs of the Toronto Blue Jays

He went to the same HS as I did and still lives in the area. I used to see him wearing his Oakland A's team jacket every now & then. Only spoke to him a few times but he was always polite.
