Yea I see Lou around sometimes since his gym in Monroe is 10 minutes from my house

I met Javy Lopez back in 91 and 92 cause he was dating my dad's cousin.

Elton Brand played high school ball over in Westchester and we almost got to play him in Sectional play but instead they played Tappan Zee which was a county rival.

Jason MacDonald - trained at Gracie Barra in Calgary with him, and joining his gym in Red Deer, also met him before.

Played minor hockey with Kris Russell, plays for Columbus Blue Jackets.

Went to the same high school as almost every Red Deer Rebel, junior hockey team, so therefore school with guys like Cam Ward, Dion Phaneuf, etc.

My cousin is Peter Crouch, plays for Liverpool in the English Premier League.

I went to High School and grew up with Joe Kennedy who is in my sig. He pitched for the Devil Rays, A's, Rockies, and D-backs before he died. I'm still good friends with Jason Phillips, who is a catcher in the minors. Mets fans might remember him because he had a really good rookie season for them, but was forced to play 1B most of the time because Piazza was still there. Brian and Marcus Giles dad used to own a gas station down the street I grew up on. I actually played against Marcus in High School. He's a douchebag, but Brian is a cool and funny guy. Both of them used to juice hardcore btw.

Rob Carpenter, former NFL running back, is the highschool coach of my hometown. I've know his son Bobby for 14-15 years when he was a skinny little swimmer as opposed to the monster linebacker. Former Buckeye, current Cowboy.

Met Mark Coleman several times at local Hammer House shows.

My college roommate was good friends with Orlando Pace and Kevin Randleman in highschool and I met them in a bar in Sandusky with my roomie one time.
