And with 108 you can have a badass team. How much do you guys think that the Boca Juniors that have won it all in the last 10 yr even against European teams has been worth? 108 million? Pfff you need a bunch of players committed to the team and a coach that connects with them.

$108M is about £56M, that is about the price of the fulham teaam, wigan team, sunderland team... see the pattern, all bottom of the prem... boca juniors are not that great, they have scraped pen shoot outs against reserve team ac milan at best 5 years ago...
yes you need committed players and a decent coach, but if the skill isnt there, it dont matter how much you want, you just wont be good enough.
your having a laugh if you think £56M will buy you a "badass" team, it would get you a average league team, not a league winning, in the champions league every year team...
oh, unless you play in a league where they have a £20M teams...

No way is $100M even close to building a team that will win anything. Unless your team is filled out with exceptional players that you've developed from the academy.
Maybe Arsenal
If you look at the ManU and Chelsea teams in the CL final - $100M might pay for their midfields....

I think they had the most expensive subs bench in history for one of the cup games this year.
Sheva, Essien, Cech and a few others. That's well over the $100M already.

Boca Juniors didn't play against a B-Milan. In the last ten yrs they've gone toe to toe with the best of the best, winning and losing some.
I agree that in Europe you won't win the Champions League with 11 players worth 108 million all together, but you can still do great things, and if you are in South America you can win it all.
Velez, Sao Paulo, Boca, some Argentinian and Brazilian teams in the last 20 yrs have whooped the European teams with a lot less money.

They're a tad bitch ambitious with their transfer targets every year. Let me guess, this year they're going to get Fabregas, C. Ronaldo, Drogba, and Lucio?
