Any Fresh Water Fishermen ?

Im not so much into bass fishing as i am lighter tackle. I enjoy catching and eating crappie exponentially more that large or small mouth bass. i also really enjoy fly fishing for rainbow for rainbow or brown trout. What sort of fresh water fish do you guys prefer?

I like to fish for bass, trout and salmon in colorado though I never catch the salmon, and also crappie.

Bass are my favorite and I don't really like catching the crappie since they are so oily. Just getting out to fish for them.

I love going out with the guys and fishing but to be honest I think fish are disgusting.

Its one of the finest past times i have ever experience. When i say i dont like to "go" bass fishing doesnt mean i dont like catching bass. They are a pleasant surprise and a lot of fun on small tackle. im just not into fishing for them.

I'm mostly a bass fisherman, but there are times I really get into crappie fishing. I have small ultra lite rod by Shimano w/ 4 lb test on it. Catching a crappie on that rod makes it feel like your fighting a heavy large mouth bass.

As long as i am catching stuff fishing is great, otherwise i am sitting int he weeds pissed off. I love catching my own trout.

I do a ton of fishing. I have a cottage on a lake where we bass, bluegill, crappie, and pike fish. I also fish a lot of rivers and streams for trout, salmon and steelhead. Nothing better than drinking a beer and catching fish.

I fish alot for LMB and Catfish....Not too many good small mouth places in my area....plenty of Bass n Pickeral though...Ill bet I get out 50+ times between March - November...Kayak, Jon boat or from shore....also do some bay fishing here....Last week we were into a school of 2-4 #'s baby blues on freshwater tackle....tons O fun!
