why because the tried to stop a suspicious person that ended up running away and they didn't just say "well he probably just fled because he just wanted the exercise" of course they are going to chase someone who runs away from them who is asked to stop. this one just didn't end up well for the idiot who ran

The cop even tried to tazer him vs bumping the bike with his car.

He didn't want anything like this to happen.

Accidents happen, especially when you're running from the cops.

Not sure why this chick says the cop should have gotten out and chased on foot.
10 seconds before she said that when he got off the bike, the cop car was so close that it bumped him over and then he got run over.

How could he have stopped and gotten out if he couldn't have even stopped the car fast enough to not hit the kid?

If you don't want the "broken plunger handle up the ass" treatment, comply with the cops no matter how ridiculous their orders are. And obviously don't run. If you want to fight the man, understand that you may face some serious consequences.

It's a cop. You don't get to debate with them. You do what they say when they say it or get hurt until you do. That's how it works. I laugh everytime I see a video of some idiot telling a cop what they will or won't do, and then they get maced / tazered / dogs on them. They always look so surprised, even though the cop's been giving them an ultimatum for the last 2 minutes.

Who else is to blame if not the cop? I hardly think running from police on a bike is a capital offense.

The person who doesn't do what the police tell them to is to blame. You don't get a choice. You run from the police you get delt with in whatever way they decide to deal with you.
