On Monday's beatdown Loretta was getting pissed at Breen being pissy... kind of amusing :p

Breen has by far the best analysis of anyone left but sometimes he's a little too knowledgeable for his own good. His reaction to Gus Johnson calling him and TJ out on their inexperience in boradcasting was not very professional. 'Of course he's going to say that.' Well, you could just acknowledge he's a world-class broadcaster who *gasp* just might know more about broadcasting than you do right now.

The worst by far was Breen laying into Brad Mc Cray about picking War Machine over Yoshida...

ok not the best pick ever but jesus christ zip your pants back up.

I'm surprised you didn't get more flack for that but it looks like Sherdog didn't really care for Brad McCray, for whatever reason.

Anyway I enjoy your analysis Jordan, I just think you need to tone down your responses to guests sometimes. We know you know more MMA than they do. We don't need to be reminded of it every interview.

Anyone who wants to know what happened to Brad McCray can just check the LinkBacks at the bottom of this page.

T.J. on his own is just terrible. He can't provide the insight, because he has none. Unfortunately, Brad couldn't cut it either, so I'm glad he's gone. Breen is clearly the ace now that Gross has left, so I really hope Breen/T.J. are the regular hosts for Beatdown. Or even better, the Gross one could make a comeback. Please, Josh, please. We really miss you.

I don't think you have the greatest recollection of our discussion of Gus Johnson. He's more of a pro in the broadcasting world than I'll ever be. But if you say 'You guys are the pros, you tell me how I did', and get defensive when someone gives you opinions, that's silly. I simply stated that it was a position probably unfamiliar to Gus, since normally he's in a more comfortable scenario calling other sports, as opposed to a sport like this where fans can more deeply pick apart everything he says. I gave all praise due to the guy, and said he was already a massive improvement from typical MMA broadcasting. What do you want me to say? That I want to mother Gus Jr.?

And, if I wasn't a douchebag sometimes, that would be sorta boring.

Did anybody ever consider that Brad picked War Machine so Sherdog forum regulars could have posts like "WAR WAR MACHINE!"

I think Gus was a bit defensive too. The way I heard it, I think he was just fishing for you guys to be all "that was the greatest thing I ever heard" and wasn't expecting a fairly reasonable critique.

That really sucks about Brad. As I understand it, Jeff decided that they could save a few bucks if they canned McCray and handled the editing between himself and Hunt. The only problem is that Jeff recruited Brad out of a 14yr career at the Oregonian. So now that Jeff has just up and changed his mind, Brad's left jobless and wondering why he was sought out for the position in the first place.

Sherwood now has the audacity to pretend like nothing happened to all the listeners. He's more like Dana White that he'd ever like to admit I'm afraid. Jeff should have know exactly what Brad brought to the table before offering him the position if the first place. That's really no way to do business... If I were Brad I would be seeking legal council as we speak.

I've been a huge fan of the Sherdog Family, and I'm from the NW originally, so I've also been a McCray fan through his work at the Oregonian. This is pretty disappointing for Brad, his family, and fans to say the least.

I enjoy your douchebaggery because I know it comes from a solid base of insight.
