None of these losers have a clue as to what your asking or how to get it.

My best advice would be to first check her ID(18 and over or dont bother). Then ask her if shes interested in a good ol' fashion American date. If so, your in as it takes balls to be so forward without really knowing the chick (you want the girl to like aggressive men if not then your not gonna get shit) and if shes willing to spend time with you outside of school then your halfway there. So... Take her to dinner, a scary movie or action flick (try to get some make out time here to test the waters), and lastly drive her up to a scenic hill overlooking the city with some Jager or anywhere (hopefully your place) that has a jacuzzi where you 2 can be alone and relax. then bend her over the hood of your car/back of the truck or take her on a blanket you laid out for the both of you so you can see the stars of course!

Or you can go college style and skip all the stuff that costs money and do the latter. good luck!
