I know it's not Marvel but how about Mayhem as the Joker? I mean his fight with GSP reminded me of the fights the Joker usually has with Batman (Batman beating the crap out of him, but the Joker keeps smiling).

Last I saw him he got owned by Black Bolt and AGAIN came back in the new X-men comics. He has a huge main event after him called Age of Apocalypse some years ago. He's been the main villian of X-men Legends 2, and the GBA X-men game. He was also on Marvel vs. Capcom.
