Who cares if its been up before, that shit is great and it shows how bad ass and funny Bas is. He is by far one of the greates ever, even if he lost to Shamrock!

Bas self defense instructional looks like u can use it in real life. But u probably will go to jail if u use some of his moves, stab stab stab stab......

Any opinions on his self defense instructional?

I have seen it before & I own that DVD, but it always makes me laugh, especially the bit about some guy comes up to you and says:

"hey your in my chair"

then Bas says (and this bits in the clip)

Right away you say: "okay Im sorry" BANG (kneed to the head followed by two head punches) BANG BANG "no Im not"

As absolutley hysterical as that was, some of that looks extremely useful.
