Right click on the frame and play around with the seconds settings (it depends on your video). I usually use 10/100.

btw i don't know why but the preview option doesn't work very good, gifs always appear slower.
If you want a real preview save your gif.

If it previews slow, its probably too big in size. Go to Edit > Resize Image. Than preview it, it should play fine.

the preview it's always slow for me, i don't use that function anymore.

beside the preview option you can see the optimize one, use it if you want to decrease the number of colours and other things that will let your gif have a more reasonable size.
