Average Police officer they say makes 2 or 3 arrests per month.

Why pay a Police Officer a years Salary when you can have a Bounty Hunter do the job for a one or two time fee? Economically, Bounty Hunter's make some sense.

can someone tell me if that was the hood in hawaii?? i dont see dog pulling this shit in nyc. police response will come quick in the better neighbhorhoods and they ain't coming out alive if they tried it in a poor area.
