That's the problem with all of these new "green" initiatives the enviro-Nazis are pushing. U.S. Companies aren't going to pay to clean up their act, they'll just ship their act over to whatever country doesn't care about regulating pollution, CO2 emissions, or whatever and not think anything of it.

well, it has never been about whether the earth itself can recover. You are right, life always finds a way to flourish. Earth and life will recover from global warming, the issue is whether the human race will survive global warming. That's the main concern.

What? what do you mean global warming is a joke when you agree with its warnings? no global warming activists with half a brain claim that the earth will be destroyed completely. Nodoby says that. Straw man argument.
The risk, and the reality is that the ecosystem of the planet will be changed (read: not-destroyed) to such an extent that life as we are used to it, to which we have evolved and adapted, will be no more. That's the risk.
you can always play the nihilist card and say it doesnt matter if and when we are wiped off the planet but to say that global warming is a joke because you remember shit we all learned in grade 11 science class isnt scoring you any cool points.
