Twins Headgear with Chinguard
I am writing this off memory, I do not have this item anymore.
Pros:
Lots of protection, front, side, chin, back of head, cheeks
Good all leather. Inside is smooth leather rather than suede
Firm foam but not rock hard
Adjustable size
Cons:
Bulky, felt like I was wearing a helmet
Back padding was making it too tight for me (size large)
Personal preference for light headgear made this thing uncomfortable
Overall:
I'd say these are good for people who want more protection. You have to understand however what headgear protects against. This was a popular headgear at my gym, and that says alot. I prefer a lighter headgear but you better know what you're doing and may go against what your trainer recommends. (I also personally don't think those jaw protectors do anything assuming your partner is wearing good shin guards).
I'd say this is a very good headgear to start off with. Be sure to get the right size. Biggest recommend is to ask someone who has it to let you try it on, but I'd say that for any headgear. Even better, ask your trainer.
Headgear is often misunderstood in my opinion.
