Icon14 Truth V3 boardshorts.

As a frequent customer of txmma.com I was sent a pair of Truth Fight Wear fight shorts. I recently got a chance to train in them. First of all thanks a lot Paul, I really appreciate it.

When I got them the first thing I noticed was how much heavier they were than what I usually use (Sprawl v-flex). They are a completely different material than what everybody uses. They are more like basketball shorts in the material dept.

I then got a little more analytical and inspected them closely. They look very nice and the attention to detail is very good. I had absolutely no loose threads to speak of. The color (blue) was not too dark and not too bright. The closure is exactly like the new sprawls, which is a very good thing. They only have 1 little logo so they aren't screaming for attention which I also liked a lot.

I thought I would notice the weight of them a lot more when I rolled. Once I started rolling I didn't notice them at all. They have flex panels on the outside of the legs and one large one that goes between the legs like the Sprawls. No need for a split leg since these have tons of flex and my skinny legs don't cause them to bind at all. They were plenty comfy while doing guard work. They don't bunch up or make me feel exposed by riding up.

I had no idea how much they cost til I looked them up on txmma.com. Only $24.95!!! These are a hell of a deal.

For me the only downside was that they reminded me of basketball shorts and I hate basketball. Other than that these bad boys are tip top. Now you cheap bastards have no excuse not to get some fight shorts $24.95. Bang for your buck the only thing better is the Truth gloves, $24.95 and they are the shit, but htat is a review for another day!

Sorry no pics I'm retarded when it comes to posting that stuff.

First washing and no problems there either. Make sure you close all the velcro I've heard the velcro can jackthem up a little bit.

Forgot to add something about the length. I had read that they were too long on some people. I am 6' and got a size 32 and it goes to just above my knee. They look cool as hell. I would love to see somebody do a side by side shootout of these and Cagewalks for best short for the $$$.

Ahh, I just ordered a new white pair of the V3 shorts today, I'm looking forward to rolling in them. I had an old pair of the blue ones with the non stretchy waist and those were great so I'm really looking forward to these
