Telles won in his mma debut, he submited Rubens Macula with an arm-lock in under 4 minutes of the first round.

i just wanted to add that i looked trough the octupus tape and tried it on class with alot of succes, espessially from half guard, once yuo get there there is almost no way for the opponent to get away and you just wait untill you get your sweep or kneebar. from the closed guard it was very hard to get the position. but if u get it from there it's over.

Which side do you go to when playing this from half guard? For instance, if you have your opponent's right leg trapped (so he's on the right side of your body), would you have your right arm over his back or would you shift him to your left and put your left arm over?
