I'll be updating more pictures as I get a chance guys, with the guard in my mouth, a closed mouth view, and a side view so you guys can see how it fits.. Hell I might even make a video where I get punched in the mouth a few times... Thats how much I trust this guard!
Take it easy SB! Lol!

The technique of using clear as the first layer is pretty basic, it makes the guard look a little nicer from the inside...

What method would you suggest for putting in a bottom impression? Boiling water, heatgun or blow torch methods? I think the first one is the preferred approach but perhaps you have a better method.

I must say it's a nice guard with finished edges and smooth outer shell.

Sent out my mould yesterday (I had a mould from when I got my Protech mg). Can't wait for a new guard. Hopefully it is comparable to the Protech. I've been told I should have my guard about two weeks after they get my mould.

Just ordered a guard through Jeff. If his guard is anything like his customer service I know I'm in for a great product. Every step of this process has been a breeze and I'm truly impressed. I look forward to posting another rave review once this process is complete.

There aren't words that can describe his customer service. He makes you feel like you're his only customer.
