Rashguard Question.....

Hi guys, iv e been wearing my surfing rashguard a few times for training, but i notice when i sweat alot in it the top gets very wet to touch and leaves sweat on the mats. Just curious if this is the same as grappling rashguards. Iv'e never grappled with a mma rashguard and don't know whether to buy one or stick with my surfing one.
Thanks guys

Yep, it's the nature of the shirt. You can get rashies in different weights and the heavier ones will obviously absorb more sweat than the lighter ones. Some people say they can tell a difference between MMA rashies and dry fit shirts, but I really can't. Just use one with sleeves. No one wants your sweaty underarm hair in their face.

wear, nike provent tight shirts if its not an "official" rash guard, has the best wicking of any of my regular ones. comfort, cool, and unobtrusive, probably the most flexible one yet.

i say no to standard underarmour, go for their blitz shirts if getting any at all
